"I had an issue with my order and..."
I had an issue with my order and ended up needing to return it. To be fair, they replied quickly and got everything sorted without turning it into a whole hassle. I’m glad it was resolved, but having the problem in the first place did make me a little less confident about ordering again.

"Really helpful once I got into it"
I took their lime mortar training and then used the guides afterward when I was working through things on my own. Overall, I found it really useful and easy to follow. At first it felt like a lot to take in, and in my opinion some of the handouts could have been simplified a bit, but once I got the hang of it, the information made a lot more sense.

I was kind of rushing to get this done, so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but after it cured it got really solid. It’s been through rain and a few bumps since then, and so far it’s still holding up just fine.

I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message and kind of tracked the timing just to see how it would go. They got back to me the next day, which seems to be the pattern with their support—not immediate, but not ignored either.
The reply was clear and answered everything I asked, and the person sounded genuinely nice. I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to wait a bit, but overall it was a solid customer service experience.

We used the LimeWorks mix for a little repair on some old brick at our house. I’m not an expert or anything, but it seemed to match the existing mortar better than other stuff we looked at, and it just felt like the right material for this kind of job. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, though that may have just been timing on our end. Overall, I’d use it again.

Got a few lime mortar samples from limeworks. Super helpful. The colors looked different in person than online, so I’m glad I checked first. Saved me from picking the wrong one for my old brick repair. Shipping was fine too. No problems.

The stuff I ordered was fine overall, no major complaints there. But the delivery cost felt high for what it was, and when I tried to figure out why, it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for it. The seller seemed separate from the shipping side, and it kind of felt like nobody wanted to own the issue. Just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Pretty solid mortar match overall!!"
I had some mortar matched for an older brick repair, and honestly... it turned out close!! Not absolutely perfect in every single spot, but sooo much better than what I had going on before. It did take a little back and forth to dial it in, but they were helpful and stuck with it until we got it looking right!!!

I used Lime Works for a small repair spot, it was simple to work with. The mix spread on smoothly with my trowel and didn’t drag or clump up the way a few other products have for me.
It dried clean and the patch still looks good, even around the little edges where I was worried it might stand out. I’m definitely not a pro, but this made the whole job feel a lot less frustrating. I’d use it again.

I’ve ordered a few times now and the mix has been consistently good every single time. No weird batches or off flavors so far, which makes me feel like they care about sending people something fair and reliable.

I ordered from limeworks.us and, the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I got the tracking email soon after ordering, and the package arrived in good shape.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that it seemed to sit for about a day before it actually started moving, but after that everything went fine. I’d order from them again.

I was looking for lime supplies and, to be fair, they had exactly what I needed in stock when a lot of places didn’t. Ordering was straightforward, and I appreciated that there wasn’t any surprise “out of stock” message after the fact. Overall, a solid experience.

"Packed really well, no damage at all"
My order showed up in a sturdy box with lots of padding inside. I was a little worried something might be cracked or leaking, but everything arrived totally fine. It did take me a minute to unwrap it all, but I guess that’s a good thing, right? Definitely better than opening the box and finding broken stuff.
